Frankfort, KY – Continuing our series speaking with candidates for state office, Gary Pitts speaks with Republican candidate for State Auditor John Kemper. He faces Democrat Adam Edelen for the vacancy being left by term-limited Crit Luallen. Kemper has been a self employed custom home builder for 33 years. He says this post will allow him to turn the table on a government that he says has put barriers up for business owners like him by way of taxes and regulations.
