Employees at the former ConAgra Plant in Princeton will keep their jobs under new ownership.

TreeHouse foods closed on its $2.7 billion dollar acquisition of ConAgra Foods’ private brands operations Monday, making the plant a TreeHouse Private Brands facility. TreeHouse spokesman Ron Bottrell says employees received a note explaining daily operations and employee rolls will remain the same. Bottrell says no major changes are slated for the Princeton plant.
