Join us for a special ceremony as we honor Guy Robbins with the dedication of the Guy Robbins Hosta Garden at Discovery Park of America. This beautiful new garden, located near the bridge on the south side of the Heritage Park, will showcase many rare and unusual varieties of hosta, inspired by Robbins himself.

Guy Robbins, a longtime mentor to Discovery Park’s grounds director John Watkins, has made significant contributions to horticulture throughout his career. He served as the curator for the Memphis Botanic Garden, an advisor for Cheekwood Gardens, and as the head of grounds for the University of Tennessee at Martin. His expertise and dedication to the field have greatly influenced the development of Discovery Park’s stunning landscapes.
