Grab your bike and gather with riders of all levels to tour some of Paducah's most notable spots in this series of laid-back, leisurely-paced, family-friendly rides. Rides are about 10 miles long and no rider is left behind. We'll start and finish in the library parking lot. Bring your helmet!

To celebrate Women’s Health Month in May, the Y will be hosting Wild About Women’s Health, focus on Mental Health. The event will feature multiple medical providers from our community who will offer free screenings and health & wellness related resources, including self-care, a keynote speaker with a mental health focus, dinner, networking and giveaways! It will be a great evening!
Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at the Hopkins County Family YMCA or purchase online HERE.
