Registration is $20 a person. Lunch is included.

REGISTRATION – Registration for the conference is $20 per person. Individuals should submit the attached registration form and the $20 registration fee no later than Monday, October 16, 2023. Checks should be made to GFWC 1st District. One check may be written for the club but individual registration forms are requested. Checks and registration forms for each attendee should be mailed to:

GFWC District 1, Attn: Vonnie S Hays Adams, 1135 Old Soldier Creek Road, Kirksey, KY 42054. No later than Monday, October 16th 2.

LUNCH – Lunch will be a “tailgate” themed event with the main food, drink, and dessert items provided and included in your registration fee. However, we want all of our District clubs to participate and show your team spirit by preparing a “tailgate” side item of your choice to bring to the party. Nothing brings about fun and fellowship like a potluck. We really hope everyone will participate in this part of the day. There will be options available for those with dietary restrictions so please be sure to list those on the attached registration form. Once you or your club decide on your tailgate side item, please email that information to Vonnie at vadams1967@yahoo.com so we can make sure we don’t have a lot of duplication and a great variety of treats to enjoy! Yum, makes me hungry already.
