Caldwell County Schools is under investigation by Kentucky’s K-12 education watchdog office.
Superintendent Nate Huggins said the Kentucky Office of Educational Accountability notified him early last week that a complaint had been filed against the school district. Huggins also said he met with agency officials Friday as officials interviewed several teachers and administrators. He said the agency told him following the investigation that a report will be published in three to six weeks. Huggins said his district is fully cooperating with the watchdog office. The Kentucky Office of Educational Accountability investigates allegations of wrongdoing in Kentucky’s public schools.
