National Weather Service Paducah is holding a public town hall meeting tonight to discuss the tornado that struck Mayfield earlier this month.
The meeting includes a presentation on tornado safety followed by a panel discussion with meteorologists and emergency management staff.
His House Ministries hosts the event at 6 p.m. They are located at 1250 KY303, Mayfield. The ministry organized and oversees the Mayfield Tornado Relief Fund.
An EF3 tornado struck Mayfield on May 10. While there was no loss of life or serious injuries, damages are estimated around $3 million dollars.
