Paducah Power Board Members evaluated 12 CEO applicants in a closed meeting today. The board has employed the national search firm, Dowdy Recruiting, to find a new leader for the embattled power provider.
Interim CEO MarkCrisson is nearing his third month in his role and has planned to work with PPS for around five months.
PPS Board Chairman Hardy Roberts wouldn’t say how many finalists there are following today’s meeting. He also said they don’t plan to reveal the names of the finalists. PPS hopes to hire a new CEO in February.
