The City of Paducah is asking community members to take an online survey to gather feedback about services, civic participation, city characteristics and other topics.
Paducah is partnering with the National Research Center for the National Citizen Survey.
The city mailed last month surveys to 1,500 randomly-selected households. The web survey is available for people who did not receive mailed surveys.
A link to the survey can be found online here.
Responses are anonymous.
Public Information Officer Pam Spencer said in a release on Wednesday, "This survey will help Paducah’s elected officials, city manager, and staff understand the needs and values of our community which in turn will be critical as we allocate resources, develop projects, and plan for the future.”
Questions specific to Paducah involve storm water, sidewalks and the importance of specific neighborhood qualities and features.
The City previously conducted National Citizens Surveys in 2013 and 2016.
