Murray, KY – New details may emerge today in the death of Carl Douglas McGowan, who was reported missing last Friday and whose body was found near New Concord Monday. The Calloway County Sheriff's Department and the Commonwealth's Attorney will hold a press conference this afternoon at the county's Judicial Building regarding the investigation into McGowan's homicide.
