Chicago, IL – Illinois State Comptroller Dan Hynes isn't ready to concede that his bid to become the state's next governor is over. His rival for the Democratic nomination, Gov. Pat Quinn, holds a narrow lead a day after the state primary. And Quinn has already declared victory. But Hynes spokesman Matt McGrath says there are no plans for any concession announcements. He adds there are still plenty of votes left to count. Hynes has kept a low profile today. And McGrath says there are no plans yet for him to address the media or supporters.
