Murray, KY – A case against a former student-teacher accused of a sex crime will go to trial. A Calloway County judge vacated Drew Millwood's plea agreement today, meaning his case must go to trial. Millwood's attorney Ricky Lamkin filed a motion to vacate the plea, citing a Kentucky sex crime statute which doesn't allow pretrial agreements for this kind of case. The jury trial begins June 15 in Calloway County Circuit Court.
