Smithland, KY – Individual questioning is over for jurors in the Kevin Dunlap sentencing trial. Circuit Judge C. A. Woodall believes officials now have enough people in the jury pool. Preparations for the trial begin tomorrow morning at 8:30 in Livingston County Court. A 14 member jury will be selected from the pool. They will decide whether Dunlap receives the death penalty for the 2008 slaying of three Trigg County children.
