Madisonville, KY – A Madisonville lunchmeat producer is adding more workers. Land O' Frost officials plan to hire close to fifty new workers at their plant in the coming months. The company has already brought in seventeen new people since January. Plant manager Jeremy Fair tells the Madisonville Messenger the move is designed to allow Land O' Frost to produce more turkey lunchmeat, their fastest growing product. Fair says they're hiring workers now to prepare for peek turkey demand this summer.
