Murray, KY – The Weakley County, Tennessee School Board has voted to accept mediation between the school system and parents of Martin Middle and Westview High students. The parents sued, claiming mold inside the schools over two years ago made their children sick. The schools underwent a court-ordered cleanup in 2008. The mediation involves transferring county funds for Westview expenses. WKMS has yet to receive word from commissioners regarding the vote.
