Oak Grove, KY – Oak Grove, Kentucky Police have charged a 20-year-old man with murder after an alleged DUI wreck killed a Fort Campbell soldier Tuesday. Police say they caught Antwan Rouse fleeing the scene on foot near the Tennessee state line and blood tests returned positive for alcohol. Sergeant Vincent Brown tells the Kentucky New Era the soldier who died is not yet being identified pending notification of his family.
