Smithland, KY – Attorneys will present closing arguments tomorrow in the sentencing trial of Kevin Dunlap. The defense concluded its case today in Livingston County Court. Following arguments tomorrow morning, a jury will deliberate on whether Dunlap should receive the death penalty. Earlier this month, he confessed to the 2008 murder of three Trigg County children and the attempted murder and rape of their mother.
