Springfield, IL – Today is the deadline for the Illinois' 110 local election authorities to declare their results from February's primary and report them to the state. Republican Kirk Dillard isn't ready to quit the governor's race yet, although he remains an estimated 250 votes behind Senator Bill Brady. Dillard campaign manager Tim Peters says Dillard won't make any decisions about conceding until they get official results March 5. The winner faces Democratic Governor Pat Quinn in November.
