Benton, IL – Marshall County Police arrested a juvenile and Murray man this morning for disorderly conduct. The juvenile was detained at the school. When family arrived, Joseph Davis, Senior of Murray also became disorderly. He was subdued by police and charged with Terroristic Threatening and Resisting Arrest. The juvenile is also under investigation for other incidents, including an assault on two female students. Both Davis and the juvenile are in custody. Marshall County Police declined to release more information because juveniles are involved in the case.
