Nashville, TN – Paris and Martin, Tennessee are among ten communities in the state that have been selected to participate in a program for cities and counties seeking to revitalize traditional commercial districts. The winners of the Tennessee Downtowns program, were determined by historic resources, need (both economic and physical), demonstrated local effort, overall presentation and probability of success. The program awards grants of up to $15,000.
