Mayfield, KY – Attorneys are giving closing arguments in the case of a woman accused of shooting at her husband in a Mayfield Lowe's hardware store. Ann Marie Smith allegedly shot at her husband five times, hitting him once in the hand. Smith's trial began yesterday in Graves County Circuit Court.
