Former Morton's Gap Council Member Indicted

Morton's Gap, KY – A former Morton's Gap, Kentucky council member has been indicted on forgery and theft charges. Tera Oldham, who also worked for U.S. Bank is accused of forging checks totaling twenty-five hundred dollars from a bank client's account. Morton's Gap Mayor Frank Stafford tells the Madisonville Messenger Oldham was a good council member since her election in 2008. Ex-council member Betty Winfree will fill her seat until the election in November.
