Mayfield, KY – A Graves County grand jury will hear the felony theft case against 39-year-old Michelle Taylor, who's accused of embezzling at least $10,000 from the Mayfield-Graves County Baseball and Softball Association. Taylor has pleaded not guilty to the charges and waived her right to a preliminary hearing yesterday in District Court. The case now goes to the grand jury on April 15th. The Paducah Sun reports Taylor is accused of writing checks on the association's account to purchase a swimming pool and a laptop computer among other items.
