Murray, KY – Murray State University's Faculty Senate yesterday passed a motion on a 16 to 6 vote urging the university to develop and implement a policy offering benefits to the domestic partners of MSU employees. If Murray State instituted such a plan, it would be the fifth Kentucky public university to do so, joining the University of Kentucky, the University of Louisville, Northern Kentucky University, and, most recently, Western Kentucky University.
