Murray, KY – Kentucky State Police have charged a Murray woman with using a dead man's credit card. 42-year-old Kristi Allen was arrested yesterday and charged with four counts of forgery and three counts of credit card fraud. Allen was on probation from Carlisle Circuit Court and Marshall District Court for similar offenses and she's also facing other charges in Marion.
