Frankfort, KY – Kentucky is the only state to receive an A' for their openness in government spending. A report released Tuesday by the U.S. Public Interest Research Group put the state first for its online access to spending information. Governor Steve Beshear applauded the efforts of Kentucky's branches of government to provide comprehensive and user-friendly access to state finances.
