Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell Commander Major General John Campbell's 21-year-old son has enlisted for active duty in the Army. Campbell made the announcement earlier this week at a Pennyrile Area Development District board meeting. Campbell also speculated after this current deployment to Afghanistan, Fort Campbell soldiers will be on a new rotation schedule of one year deployed and two years at home. Fort Campbell officials confirmed the new rotation, but say it will not affect the 101st Airborne division until after the upcoming deployment.
