Murray, KY – A Murray woman has entered a plea bargain in which she will testify against her former boyfriend in the fatal shooting of a Calloway County man. Jacqueline Phillips pleaded guilty Monday to facilitation to murder in a deal that requires her to testify against Brock Ramey. Ramey is accused of fatally shooting Jerry Eldridge of Almo in October 2008 and of wounding Eldridge's son and the son's girlfriend. Ramey was indicted on charges of murder, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree burglary, and two counts each of first-degree assault and tampering with evidence. His trial is scheduled for May 4th in Calloway Circuit Court. Phillips is to be sentenced May 24th.
