Paducah, KY – A man is in custody after leading police on a high speed chase in and around the Paducah area late last night. 19-year-old Devin Lamb has been arrested on multiple charges including kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and evading police. Lamb's passenger was a 16-year-old Nashville girl who had been reported missing by her parents. The chase began on Lone Oak Road in McCracken County and ended on Irvin Cobb Drive, but not before taking a loop on I-24 into Marshall County. Police chased Lamb for about 45 minutes at speeds over 100 miles per hour before deploying spike strips more than once to stop his vehicle.
