Madisonville, KY – The Kentucky Public Service Commission is holding four meetings to encourage public comment on proposed utility rate increase proposals by Kentucky Utilities and Louisville Gas & Electric Co. The meetings are open to the public and begin in Harlan on April 27 at the Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College.
A meeting on May 3 in Louisville will be primarily for LG&E customers, but Kentucky Utilities customers are also welcome to comment. That gathering will be at Louisville Male High School.
Another meeting in Madisonville will be on May 4 at Madisonville Community College, and the final meeting is May 6 at the Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington.
All the meetings begin at 5 p.m. local time.
