Calloway County, KY – The man charged with a 2008 murder in Almo, Kentucky will be in court next month. Brock Riley Ramey will stand trial in Calloway County Circuit Court May 4th for fatally shooting Jerry Eldridge and wounding Elderidge's son Eddie and his girlfriend. Commonwealth's Attorney Mark Blankenship says the shooting occurred around midnight in mid October. He says Ramey allegedly fatally shot Etheridge, and shot his son and girlfriend when they awoke after hearing the gunshots. Blankenship expects the trial to last less than a week.
