Frankfort, KY – Kentucky's child care ranking just got higher according to a study by a national child care advocacy group. The National Association of Child Care Resources and Referral Agencies "We Can Do Better" ranks all states and the District of Columbia on 10 regulations and five oversight benchmarks for family child care homes. Kentucky ranks 17th in the report released earlier this month, 3 spots ahead of the previous ranking.
