Paducah, KY – The Eddyville man behind the $65 million proposal to develop Paducah's riverfront property where the Executive Inn now stands has delayed a meeting with city and county officials for at least two weeks. Jeremy Breedlove wants to provide proof his consortium of financial backers have the funds and are willing to invest in the project. He tells the Paducah Sun the consortium will write letters detailing their credentials because he's aware the city has been burned in the past by empty promises from investors who couldn't raise enough funding to renovate the Executive Inn.
