Clarksville, TN – A Fort Campbell Soldier is under arrest for statutory rape. 21-year-old Michael Ford Queenan was arrested on Monday and is accused of meeting a 13-year-old girl at a Fort Campbell post and leaving to receive sex acts from her. Police officials say Queenan had intercourse with the minor on more than one occasion. Queenan is held at Montgomery County jail on two counts of statutory rape with bond set at 10 thousand dollars.
