Paducah, KY – A woman from Utah has won this year's Best of Show at the American Quilter's Society Show and Contest in Paducah. This is the first year Sue McCarty of Roy, Utah, has competed in AQS. McCarty dedicated her work "Tribute to Tolkien" to her brother, who is a fan of the Lord of the Rings books. The quilt is on display at the Paducah Expo Center for the remainder of the week.
