Mayfield, KY – A Graves County grand jury has indicted a Tennessee man after he allegedly embezzled about a million dollars over 13 years from his employer. 60-year-old Frank Norman Moseley of Martin faces 44 theft-related felonies. He worked for Hutson Agriculture, a John Deere equipment dealership. Both a Graves County Sheriff's investigation and an independent auditor found that Moseley had pocketed almost a quarter-million dollars in the past several years. The Paducah Sun reports Mosely would allegedly edit purchase orders and sell traded equipment for his own profit. The FBI has become involved in the case and federal charges are likely.
