Murray, KY – In OVC baseball over the weekend, the Murray State Thoroughbreds lost a pair of games against Eastern Illinois. The UT Martin Skyhawks lost two of their three game series against Eastern Kentucky and the Austin Peay Governors beat SIU Edwardsville twice.
In OVC softball, the MSU Racers won two of their three-game series over Eastern Kentucky. UT Martin won twice over Tennessee State. APSU won one and lost another against Eastern Illinois.
And in OVC Women's golf, Murray State successfully defended its title, winning the 2010 Championship in Dickson, Tennessee. The win puts MSU at eight league championships since the school's program began 17 years ago.
