Madisonville, KY – Former Madisonville car dealer Bruce Browning will spend time in prison after pleading guilty Monday to 21 felony charges. Browning closed his Chevrolet dealership a little more than a year ago. He pled guilty to charges that he did not make required dispositions, pay off liens on vehicles and purchase extended warranties. The prosecution recommends Browning serve probation after the first 180 days in jail and make five-hundred-dollar monthly restitution payments for the approximately one-hundred-thousand-dollars he owes victims. The Madisonville Messenger reports Browning's son Christopher also plead guilty and is required by plea to make similar payments.
