Hopkinsville, KY – Christian County Emergency Manager Matt Snorton retires Friday after 17 years on the job. Snorton's second in command, Search and Rescue Manager Randy Graham, will take the position. Snorton plans to stay on as a volunteer to help Graham through the transition. Snorton will also retain the authority to fill in as emergency manager during times of disaster.
