Paducah, KY – Paducah City Commissioners yesterday heard what purchases, retirements and reassignments of the city's vehicles and equipment are needed in the next fiscal year. Three vehicles are being transferred, 20 older models will be auctioned and the city can expect to make almost $1 million in new purchases. Among those are: seven police pursuit vehicles, 5 SUVs, a 1.5 ton fire rescue truck, a dump truck, a streetsweeper and a garbage truck.
