Paris, TN – Henry County, Tennessee, residents are voting today in three local elections. Today is the Democratic primary for Circuit Court Clerk, County Clerk, and Register of Deeds. Five candidates are seeking the Circuit Court Clerk position, and two are seeking the post in the County Clerk and Register of Deed primaries. No Republicans have filed to run, so this election will likely decide the winners, unless a strong write-in candidate emerges. The primary winners must wait until the general election in August for their victories to become official. Polls close today at 7 PM.
