Convergys Considers Office Move

By Chris Taylor

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville's largest employer in the Cumberland River flood disaster zone is considering moving the business to north of the city. Convergys, which is a call center that employs around 1,400 people, is considering moving the flood-wrecked offices at Two Rivers Center on Riverside Drive to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Corporate Business Park. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports executives are negotiating with two other businesses to develop office and distribution warehouse space there. During the interim, Convergys is assessing the current condition of its existing building, and has its employees taking client calls from their homes.
