Clarksville, TN – Two Rivers Center on Clarksville's Riverside Drive has been condemned. The large building is deemed unsafe for public use, but it may not to be torn down despite massive flood damage. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports the building housed seven businesses and two churches. Already one church a call center plan to not return even if the building is restored. Restoration would involve stripping it down to the metal girders and replacing everything inside from the floors to the ceiling. It's just one illustration of the 289 Clarksville businesses reporting damage from last week's flooding.
