Webster County, KY – Voters in Kentucky's 12th legislative district encompassing Webster, McLean and parts Daviess and Hopkins counties decide today whether they send democratic incumbent Jim Gooch back to Frankfort. Child psychiatrist Larry Suess from Hanson Kentucky, challenges Gooch within his own party. Gooch, a native of Webster County, seeks his ninth term as state representative. No republican is seeking the office.
