Smithland, KY – Livingston County Judge-Executive Chris Lasher easily clenched a victory over his two challengers. Lasher won the democratic primary and the race with 56 percent of the vote. Jeff Armstrong of Smithland came in second with 33 percent, and Rebecca Glendening of Tiline was third with 11 percent.
