Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell soldiers preyed upon by North Carolina-based financial companies will receive more than one-million-dollars in compensation. Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Ross Hicks granted the request for judgment in favor of over 600 one-time Ft. Campbell soldiers. The judgment also requires Britlee Inc., Millenium Finance Inc. and their owner, Stuart L. Jordan, to stop all collections and clear credit bureau records for the soldiers' accounts.
