Paris, TN – Henry County, Tennessee has been approved for federal disaster assistance to help with repair and cleanup costs from flash flooding earlier this month. Henry County Emergency Management Director Ronald Watkins tells the Paris Post Intelligencer FEMA will reimburse 75% of the almost $200,000 in estimated damages caused by severe weather and flooding. The money will repay local government for debris removal, emergency work and repairs to bridges and roads.
