Clarksville, TN – Tennessee's Chapter 396 of the Vietnam Veterans of America held a vigil this Memorial Day weekend to honor soldiers left behind in the war. The 32 missing, either classified as prisoners of war or missing in action, include two from Clarksville. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports the Tennessee Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall stopped in the city Sunday and today (Monday). The traveling wall honors the 1,291 servicemen and women who died during the Vietnam conflict, as well as POWs and MIAs.
