Paducah, KY – The former Mercy Regional Ambulance worker convicted of complicity to steal drugs from sealed vials in his ambulance will spend no time in jail. A McCracken Circuit Court jury recommended 27-year-old Marcus Edwin West serve one year behind bars. The Paducah Sun reports Special Judge Jeff Hines instead probated West's sentence yesterday, crediting him for eight days in jail and leveling $175 in court costs against him.
