Hopkinsville, KY – A Christian Circuit Judge has denied reducing the bond for a Fort Campbell soldier accused of murder. Judge John Atkins refused to lower a quarter-million dollar bond for 23-year-old Adelbert Eastway, who allegedly caused an I-24 wreck in April while intoxicated that claimed the life of a 78-year-old Hopkinsville woman. The Kentucky New Era reports Eastway's trial is set for August.
